Drop the two Qualtrics header rows (question text and import IDs) Drop survey previews, test responses, and spam (read from Status, including the numeric codes 1 = preview, 2 = test, 8 = spam) Drop Qualtrics housekeeping columns (dates, Status, IP address, Progress, Duration, Finished, ResponseId, recipient name/email, location, distribution channel, language, Q_… fraud scores, browser meta info — browser, version, operating system, resolution — timing questions — First Click, Last Click, Page Submit, Click Count — and randomizer display-order fields) Convert columns to numeric where every value is a number Drop columns that are entirely empty
